Sunil Pandey has been appointed as the Chief AI and Digital Officer (CAIDO) at HFCL Limited, marking a significant step in the company’s digital evolution journey. With over two decades of expertise in digital transformation, AI integration, and enterprise IT strategy, Sunil will lead HFCL’s AI-driven innovation and digital acceleration initiatives across all business verticals.
Prior to this, Sunil held key leadership roles at organizations including Sterlite Power, Adani Green Energy, and Moser Baer. At HFCL, he previously served as Chief Information Officer, where he led large-scale digital overhauls—spearheading SAP RISE implementation, achieving ISO 27001 and 27701 certifications, and modernizing IT infrastructure for operational excellence.
Sunil’s deep knowledge of responsible AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and Industry 4.0 technologies positions him as a strategic asset in HFCL’s mission to harness digital for sustainable growth and technological leadership.
